Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic rules that apply to account use, league and tournament operations, score reporting, and community behaviour on Tenis Portali.
1. Account and access
You are expected to create an account with accurate and current information.
Account security is your responsibility. Sharing passwords or using another person's account is not appropriate.
2. Registration and team rules
League and tournament registrations are subject to category, quota, and eligibility rules defined by the event organizer.
In team-based categories, partner invitations, team creation, and post-fixture locks may be limited by platform rules.
3. Match and score integrity
Players are expected to enter accurate scores. Deliberately misleading score submissions may lead to disputes or account restrictions.
Opponent approval, admin review, automatic confirmation, and special-case handling are part of the official score workflow.
When a match ends due to retirement, no-show, or an incomplete result, the final official outcome may be determined by the league admin or platform admin.
4. Conduct and community standards
Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, spam, impersonation, and similar harmful behaviour are not acceptable.
Team names, profile content, and public text should not contain unlawful, offensive, or degrading material.
5. Restrictions and enforcement
The platform may warn, limit, suspend, or otherwise restrict accounts or actions that violate the rules or interfere with fair competition.
Organizer and admin tools must be used only for operating the relevant competition and resolving related issues.
6. Service changes
Platform features, workflows, and rules may evolve over time.
When material legal or operational changes are made, the version shown on these pages will be updated.
